Architectural Control Committee

The Architectural Control Committee is a committee of the Fallsmead Board of Directors.  It is comprised of representatives from the community and is governed by a set of Guidelines, Rules and Regulations established by the Board.  The current set of Guidelines is available here.

The community's By-Laws and Covenants require homeowners to seek approval of all proposed exterior changes, alterations or additions prior to undertaking such work.  To request approval, please use the request form contained in the back of every edition of the Forum or download the form here:
