FALLSMEAD TENNIS COURT REGULATIONS

1. Courts may ONLY be used by Fallsmead residents (who are current with their membership dues) and their guests. Players must be prepared to identify themselves as Fallsmead residents (or guests) if requested by a resident.
2. The courts are to be used only for tennis. The only footwear allowed on the courts is tennis shoes. No games, play, bicycles, baby strollers, pets, glass, or food are allowed on the courts. Skateboarding and any other activities that might damage the courts are strictly forbidden.
3. Leave nets up at all times, and take proper care of the courts.
4. Spectators (including children) are not permitted on the courts. They must observe from outside the fence.

5. Tennis Etiquette:

• do not retrieve tennis balls from the other court while play is in progress.

• Do not enter the gate at court #1 while play is in progress on that court.

6. Court Reservations:

• Sign-up sheets will be posted weekly. Sign-up will be on a first-come basis. You may ONLY sign up for yourself and members of your family. Family time is not transferable from one family to another.

• Each family may sign-up for a maximum of two (2) hours of non-prime time and two (2) hours of prime time per week. Juniors (18 and under) may sign-up for two (2) hours per week during scheduled junior time.

• Reserved courts must be claimed within ten (10) minutes of the scheduled time or any resident may use the court for the remainder of the hour. (Adults may "bump" Juniors during prime time.)

• If the court is not reserved, anyone may claim it for the hour. (Adults may "bump" Juniors during prime time.)
