With the Governor’s Stay At Home Order in effect until further notice, the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) has decided to delay the annual Spring Inspection for at least 30 days. The Spring Inspection, which usually occurs in May, will occur when the Stay At Home Order has been rescinded.
During the Inspection, ACC members examine each home for needed maintenance and repair or for changes that have not been approved by the ACC.  Typical maintenance or repair needs most commonly noted by the ACC in past Inspections involve the following.
  • Missing or excessively faded shutters
  • Rotting and falling fence rails or posts
  • Trash and recycling cans not properly stored
  • Excessive mildew on siding and mailboxes
  • Gutter damage
This delay will give Fallsmead homeowners additional time to address any needed exterior maintenance conditions. Winter and other conditions take their toll on all our homes. Attention by Fallsmead residents to exterior maintenance during the spring and summer months is greatly appreciated.  Fallsmead continues to be an unusually attractive and desirable neighborhood for our families thanks to the care and attention we each devote to our homes.
Please stay safe!  Thank you.
