The Board of Directors approved a pool rule pertaining to parties.
5.3.7. Events conducted during scheduled pool hours will be limited to no more than 20 participants. Board approval is required if requesting more than 20 people during regular pool hours. The fee will be $25 per hour. There is a $100 refundable deposit to be returned after a post-event inspection of the space conducted by the managing lifeguard on duty and/or the pool committee chairs.
The deposit will be returned after the area is inspected for cleanliness. If the space is not left clean, the deposit will be used to hire a cleaning service. The guard manager will complete a checklist before and after each party.
